The beautiful Villa Modruna with private pool is located near the town of Crikvenica. It can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. Spend a relaxing holiday with your family in this beautiful luxury villa near the sea with stunning panoramic views, sauna and jacuzzi.  
  
On the ground floor of the villa you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room for 8 people. This is a perfect place to enjoy delicious family meals. Also on the ground floor is a large living room with a sofa. There you can sit back and relax after a nice family meal. On this floor, you can sleep well in two bedrooms with double beds. You will certainly be delighted to hear that there is a wellness area with two saunas and a whirlpool at your disposal. A bathroom with a walk-in shower is also located on this floor.  
  
Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. An impressive feature of this villa is the attic - an open loft with an integrated bathroom with bath and shower and a wonderful terrace with fascinating panoramic views. It invites you to enjoy the starry sky in the evening and simply relax.  
  
The best thing about this villa is definitely the outdoor area with a fantastic pool. You can also prepare a meal on the charcoal barbecue and enjoy it in the dining area for 8 people. Refresh yourself in the pool, recline in one of the sun loungers, enjoy a cool drink and make the most of your well-deserved holidayVilla Modruna is located in the village of Griane, near the towns of Rijeka and Crikvenica. Whether for an active holiday or relaxation, the Kvarner Bay with its many villages is the right destination for you. You can relax on the sandy and pebbly beaches of the Adriatic or enjoy the natural beauty of the hills in the hinterland. Crikvenica, just a short drive away, was declared a climatic health resort over 100 years ago due to its mild climate and pine forests. If you want to experience the hustle and bustle of the city, Rijeka, the largest city in the Kvarner Bay, is only about 30 kilometres away. You can visit many cultural and historical sights and get to know the interesting local history, culture and tradition. The largest and most important manifestation in this area is the Rijeka Carnival, today one of the largest parades in Europe and the world.
