"We had a great stay overall! One issue at check-in due to a new employee not being clear on how to process our check-in. But the manager stepped in although she was not able to correct the mistake she did compensate us very well. The food and drinks at the hotel bar were top notch. The view of the falls was beautiful. We could even see the nightly fireworks. I have to mention the huge jetted tub was a plus! It was positioned to where you could see the falls! Overall get trip!"

"Excellent hospitality provided by hilton as always and felt good excellent staff and one of the best place to stay in Niagara.Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool were renovated and good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite. Free drinks. Free snacks and coffee. Great view. Overall great experience "

"Room was nice and clean, updated. It has kitchenette, full fridge, pots/ pans all you need to cook and a microwave. Great quiet spot and there’s a Buddhist temple right beside the hotel. "

"Our stay was excellent, the room was beautiful as it overlooked the Niagara Falls. Conveniently looked at the bottom of Clifton Hill, Starbucks in the lobby, great restaurants only steps away. Highly recommend. "

"Had such a great stay at this hotel for our anniversary! The hotel is stunning and very modern. Extremely clean as well! Staff were all friendly and very helpful. Parking is off site but they provided a shuttle bus to take guests to and from the hotel. Everything was very easy and we had such a relaxing stay. Even if you do not book a fallsview room, they have an observatory room in the hotel where you can look out at the falls and watch the fireworks at night from there. Highly recommend! "

"Very good location if you want to be right in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Clifton Hill and walking distance to the falls. Although the return back to the hotel is all uphill. So you can get a good workout in walking to and from the falls. "
