Set on the scenic hills of Vinci, this pet-friendly villa is the perfect retreat for families or groups seeking privacy, relaxation, and culture. Just 5 km from Leonardo’s birthplace and the Leonardiano Museum, the villa offers easy access to charming Tuscan villages as well as Florence, Lucca, Pisa, San Gimignano, Montecatini Terme, and Pistoia—ideal for day trips rich in history and Renaissance charm.



The villa features a spacious living room with fireplace, satellite TV, and three sofas (including a double sofa bed), plus a large, fully equipped modern kitchen with five-burner stove, 90 cm oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. There are four double bedrooms and three bathrooms in the main house. The separate annex provides a full kitchen, a double bedroom, and a private bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for more guests. All bedrooms have air conditioning, and fans are available.



Outside, you’ll find a large terrace with dining table, a garden with sun loungers, barbecue, and a private pool (12x4 m, open June–October). For your enjoyment: ping pong table, foosball, four bicycles, board games, baby cot, and high chair. The villa also offers air conditioning, washing machine, free Wi-Fi, and parking.
