Dans cet établissement tout est fait pour vous vendre tout et n' importe quoi, aucune consideration sur les besoins specifiques des clients, seul votre carte de paiment les interresse; Tout est fait pour vous vendre leurs vins médiocres (jugement personnel) au prix fort (par rapport aux autres vins de la même région), meme dans les logements les bouteille de vins y sont exposés pour vous pousser à en acheter. Ne revez pas à esperer un verre de bienvenue car inexistant. prix du Petit dejeuner cher comparé à ce qui est inclus et les prix dans les villages aux alentours. Aucun ménage n' a été effectué durant notre sejour de quatre jours (un comble!) Point positif: lapiscine, la géographie l' emplacement sont magnifiques.

Bien mais petits points à améliorer
Cadre magnifique. Piscine superbe avec belle vue. Plus de réserve sur le chemin d’accès qui est très défoncé. Concernant l'appartement, belle chambre, grande pièce de vie. A revoir et améliorer: Porte d'entrée et baies vitrées non obstruable par des rideaux impliquant manque d'intimité et chaleur dans la pièce en cas de soleil durant l'après midi et la soirée. Salle de bain: porte douche non jointive, robinet non fixé. Pour l’accès à Florence ou à Sienne, bonne solution: prendre le train à Empoli.

Superbe séjour a Vinci!
Magnifique vignoble... avec la piscine qui offre une superbe vue sur la Toscane! Chambre confortable. Hote très gentil.... on a eu un tour du vignoble suivie d'une dégustation!!! Pres de Vinci (10 minutes de voiture)

Piscine avec vue exceptionnelle sur les collines toscanes. Très beau paysage. Appartement fonctionnel mais Literie très inconfortable et extrêmement bruyante (ressorts grinçants). Jacuzzi impraticable (eau marron). Prix un peu élevé compte tenu du manque de service (pas de service de restauration ni même de petit déjeuner + serviette pour la piscine en location !) 250 euros de caution en plus du paiement d'avance des nuitées !

We spent some lovely days at Streda. The food and wine was amazing, the staff was friendly and the surroundings were beautiful. We will definitely try to come back for a longer stay later!

FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO STAY
THI IS NOT A HOTEL! The manager running the place was kind enough to admit. I believe this is a working winery that rents some rooms. I will start with the Good. The area is beautiful We manager recommended a GREAT stake restaurant call ADRIANO 731943. Highly recommended if you LOVE meat (as we do) The breakfast was nice (not great, but good enough) Unfortunately, this is where the good staff ends. The Room was much smaller than expected the beds not very comfortable, did not feel like the cleanest place. There are no amenities. We expected to enjoy the fact that it is a winery (we thought they have wine testing available) and we had to guy a bottle of wine to figure out that it was OK. NOT at all the experience we expected when we first read the description of this place. The shower had no water pressure at all (big deal for us) BOTTOM LINE – when on your way from Pisa to Florence, find a different lace to stay.

buongiorno mr Ben Dror , we are very sorry that you did not feel comfortable in the short stay you and your family had with us ,just one night . But your notes give me a me a very good opportunity to point out the difference between an Agriturismo like we are where. we are not offering certain service like a reception open 24 hours you have limited time for chek in as reported in the expedia announcement but if you advice before we are happy to check you in earlier . And we do not have a bartender at yr disposal who can prepare your favorite cocktail for you ,but we are located in one of the most pituresque locations in Tuscany in the heart of Chianti area,on the slopes of Montalbano Hill, here you can really do a full immesion in the the relax and nature ,with a pool tucked away between vineyards and olives three ,If you book in advance for groups of at least 4/6 person we can take you on a guided tour of our vineyards and the cellar followed by a tasting of at least 4 of 8 wines . we try to be hospitable and give the best advice and the best assistance to our guest that allow us to give them. we also have a restaurant that provides on request daily breakfast and at least 2 time a week propose a tipical tuscan menu including the tasting of some of our best wines. The room that you have choosen it is a quadruple room , and it is not small it is abt 26 square meter but we certainly have much larger accomodation specially with a family with 2 kids of 23 years old . you did not have the opportunity to attend at wine tasting because you did not make any reservation in advance for it. And you have to wait 10 mnts I say 10 mnts for checking in because you did not say that you were arriving 2 hours earlier than time foreseen for the check in and you were not expected at that time that you arrived. And I m sorry but overall I do not accept the critics abt the beds as they are very good, the matress are 27 cm high with the best tecnology and even our most critical guest they complimented us on their comfort

Gutes Agriturismo in ruhiger Lage - TOP
Das Hotel liegt sehr schön auf einem Hügel mit tollem Ausblick rundherum auf die Weinfelder und Olivenhaine. Absolut ruhig. Schöner Pool mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Zimmer und Bad sehr schön, geräumig mit Klimaanlage und Fliegengitter an den Fenstern um die lästigen Mücken abzuwehren. Wir haben 5 entspannte Tage dort verbracht, konnten auch an einem sehr leckeren Dinner mit Winetasting teilnehmen. Guter Wein und Olivenöl kann direkt vom Erzeuger erworben werden. Die Lage ist sehr gut wenn man in der Gegend Sightseeing machen möchte - man ist von hier aus in 1h in Pisa oder Lucca, in 45 min in Florenz oder in 30 min in Montecatini Therme, Pistoia oder Prato oder San Miniato. Wir können es nur wärmstens empfehlen.

The Agritourismo was fantastic. The staff was very wonderful and helpful. The property was comfortable and clean. The wine is delicious, and the pool is relaxing with spectacular views. Highly recommended for families. Easy access to Pisa and Florence. Loved it.

Stanze senza troppe pretese, con tutto il necessario e pulite :) gli host super gentili, prima dell’arrivo avevamo richiesto una colazione vegan e si sono prodigati per soddisfare la nostra richiesta :)

It is a beautiful property with unbelievable views. Apartments were very clean, well appointed and comfortable. Unfortunately we stayed over a weekend and missed officially touring the vineyards and wine tasting. Definitely we will be back!

Mixed views
Great location for car users (a must) with many sights within easy travelling. We had breakfast once and it was good, Claudio and Michaela were very helpful. The downside was that the accommodation was not as booked, 2 x 2 bed apartments and 1 x bed apartment. We arrived late and was told that the accommodation was as booked, the next day Claudio apologised and our accommodation was changed but even then, we we had 5 x 1 bed apartments still not quite right. Also the kitchen area was not the most user friendly. Still the all rooms were spacious and comfortable.

A estadia foi incrível. A responsável pelo hotel nos recebeu de forma fantástica, nos mostrou a cidade e também a colheita de olivas. Os vinhos e óleos vendidos na propriedade são bons demais!

The location of this property in Vinci was great, lot of things to do in the area. The views are stunning and there is a sense of piece out there in the country. Claudio and his staff were very helpful and patient.

Perfect for a self catering Tuscan getaway
Amazing stay! Loved the apartment, spacious with everything we needed, comfy beds & very clean. Wine from their vinyard in the room was a lovely touch and we enjoyed a couple of bottles in the evenings we were there as well as a wine tasting and tour. We found the apartments really easily from our sat nav and it was a great location close to villages but still in the countryside. The apartments are at the top of a hill so the views were absolutely beautiful! Francesca made us feel really welcome, gave us some great local tips & breakfast was delicious! Thanks for being a great host!

Wunderschönes Anwesen inangenehm ruhiger Gegend
Das Weingut liegt auf einem Berg etwa einen Kilometer von Vinci entfernt. Es gibt einen großzügigen Pool mit einer wahnsinnig schönen Aussicht auf die toskanische Landschaft. Nach Florenz braucht man in etwa 30 Minuten. Das einzige Manko war der fehlende Duschvorhang und das etwas ungemütliche Schlafsofa. Über diese Dinge konnten wir allerdings aufgrund des unschlagbaren Preises hinwegsehen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Beautiful views and a wonderful experience!
We arrived at Strede Belvedere to find the most beautiful views, which are the quintessence of the Tuscan countryside. Claudio, the owner was so warm and welcoming. He answered all of our questions and helped us work through any language barriers. My husband and I travelled with our 3 children and we found this property to be a great family environment. I absolutely recommend it!

En un camino de cabras
No limpian la habitación, no hay desayuno, solo una máquina de capsulas de pago y el agua llena de moho. El dueño vive allí pero solo quiere venderte de su vino (malo malo) y su aceite, es desabrido y mal encarado (toscano vamos). Hay que llevar un SUV para llegar, si no te dejas los bajos y amortiguación en el camino. Mal posicionado hay recorrer 15km para llegar a una via principal.

Find of a lifetime!
The hotel is on top of a hill with 360 views of quintessential Tuscan countryside, including two medieval towns nearby. The apartments were clean and comfortable, and the pool was perfect in the heat of the afternoon. The owner is a superb host and the highlight of my many trips to Italy was the tour of his vineyards, winery, and the tasting of their wines. I look for action on my vacations and this is the only place I have ever stayed where I wanted to just sit at the hotel and soak it in. If you want to see the major sights of Tuscany they are all close. We did visit the Leonardo da Vinci museum and I snuck in a brief paragliding trip to the nearby hills, but this didn't compare to just walking around Streda Belvedere.

Todella nätillä sijainnilla viinitilan kyljessä, tänne kuitenkin päästäksesi vuokra-auto ja kartta melkein pakollisia. Asunto vaihtoehto keittiöllä erittäin toimiva, pystyi hyvin valmistamaan itse aamiaiset ja muut ruuat. Viinitilan tuotteita myydään paikan päällä, valmista aamiaista ei ollut tarjolla, kahviautomaatti löytyi rakennuksesta. Viinitila sijaitsi lähellä Empolin kaupunkia. Huoneistot siistit. Ehdottomasti palaamme uudestaan. Talon puolesta ilmainen pyykinpesu mahdollisuus.
