There were some maintenance issues that I reported to the managing agent at the end of the stay and they said they would attend to (leaking shower, towel rail falling off, fridge not working first day, one of the mattresses was really old and thin and very uncomfortable, the pillows were all really old, thin and saggy and hard to sleep on, the garden was overgrown with weeds). Floor mats dirty. Definitely was not “immaculate” as advertised. ◦ Various lights not working such as on the deck and lamp in second bedroom ◦ Poor lighting in the bathroom ◦ Grass & garden full of weeds and not trimmed, it was up to our knees ◦ I would not stay here again, the landlord needs to do maintenance ##### Matthew N.
