Upstairs is a light filled, air conditioned, living, dining and rumpus room. Plenty of space for family and friends to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the beautiful Jervis Bay area. The spacious well equipped kitchen has a dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine, there is also a front enclosed sunroom to relax and take in the water views. Downstairs you will find an air conditioned, one bedroom apartment with living/dining area's and wall mounted TV's. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a modern bathroom. Don't forget to bring your boat as there is plenty of off street parking. This home’s location is unbeatable. It’s just a one minute walk to Vincentia Shopping Village, which offers a Coles supermarket and a variety of eateries. Only minutes from the world famous Hyams Beach and the very special Booderee National Park, as well as the neighbouring town of Huskisson where you can find many trendy cafes, restaurants, bars and boutique shopping. There are a range of local activities to experience like freediving and snorkelling, dolphin and whale watching, as well as kayaking, paddle boarding, boat and bike hire.
