Supermarket 400 m, restaurant 10 m, bar, café, pub garden 10 m, bus stop "Vinaròs - Calle 29 Septiembre" 1 km, railway station "Vinaròs" 3 km. Nearby attractions: Peñiscola 25 km, Museo de las Artes y las Ciencias 125 km, Port Aventura 100 km, Delta del Ebro 30 km, Morella 60 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Pantano de la Senia 25 km. Hiking paths: Parque Natural Sierra de Irta 30 km. Please note: lift to 7th floor. Groups of teenagers on request only. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.  
"Paseo", 4-room apartment 115 m2 on 6th floor. Spacious, comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with dining table and digital TV. Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), fan. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 135 cm, length 190 cm), fan.
