Fishing chalet for 5-7 people, with a private dock on the 7-hectare lake reserved for the holiday and fishing village, in a verdant setting.  
  
The chalet comprises a living room and two bedrooms, with a terrace and a fishing equipment storage area.  
  
For children and teenagers, there are outdoor play areas with swings, a games room with foosball and ping-pong tables, a TV, and board games.  
Shops are 400m away in the village center: butcher/deli/grocery store, bar/restaurant/snack bar, and bakery. Access is via a pedestrian path.  
Hiking trails - Towpath along the Mayenne River, Vélo Francette cycle route, 3km away.  
Discover South Mayenne: in Château-Gontier, a marina with bike and boat rentals, paddleboarding, etc., the Refuge de l'Arche animal sanctuary with over 1000 animals, a historic center, and gardens. The Robert Tatin Museum in Cossé, with its giant sculptures, or Laval. Single-story chalet - Living/kitchen area 18.5m² (filter coffee maker, kettle, microwave, mini-oven, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer) with a double sofa bed and television - bathroom 5.3m² with walk-in shower, sink, hairdryer, towel warmer - separate WC 2.2m² - bedroom 1 of 9.5m² with one double bed (140x190cm) - bedroom 2 of 7.5m² with two single beds (80x190cm) and one single bed (70x190cm) - Wi-Fi

A room for 40 people is available for rent if you rent at least two chalets (room: €90 to €110) - upon request. One chalet is specifically designed for people with reduced mobility: Le Vairon - 4-6 people H53G010970 with an adapted fishing platform.  
  
From the church, head towards Laval, continue for 500 meters, turn left, and follow the signs for Village Vacances et Pêche (Holiday Village and Fishing).
