### Waterside Fishing Chalet for 5-7 People with Private Dock, Terrace, and Family Activities

Fishing chalet for 5-7 people, with a private pontoon on the 7-hectare lake reserved for the holiday and fishing village, in a green setting.  
The chalet consists of a living room and two bedrooms, with a terrace and a fishing shed.  
For children and young people, there are outdoor games with climbing frames, a games room with foosball and ping-pong table, TV, and board games.  
Shops 400m away in the village center: butcher/delicatessen/grocery store, bar/restaurant/snack bar, and bakery. Access via a pedestrian path.  
Hiking trails - Towpath along the Mayenne, the Vélo Francette, 3km away.  
South Mayenne to discover: in Château-Gontier, marina with bike and boat rentals, paddleboarding, etc., Refuge de l'Arche with over 1,000 animals, historic center, and gardens. Robert Tatin Museum in Cossé with its giant sculptures or Laval. Single-story chalet - Living room/kitchenette 18.5m² (filter coffee maker, kettle, microwave, mini-oven, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer) with sofa bed for 2 people and television - bathroom 5.3m² with walk-in shower, sink, hairdryer, towel dryer - Separate toilet 2.2m² - bedroom 1 of 9.5m² with 1 bed 140x190 - bedroom 2 of 7.5m² with 2 beds 80x190 and 1 bed 70\*190 - Wi-Fi

Room rental for 40 people is possible if you rent a minimum of 2 chalets (room: €90 to €110) - upon request. One chalet is specifically designed for people with reduced mobility: the Vairon - 4-6 people H53G010970 with an adapted fishing pontoon. From the church, head towards Laval, continue for 500m, turn left and follow the signs for Village Vacances et Pêche.
