« My family and I came up for Memorial Day. The communication and check in process was prompt and clear. The unit was clean and comfortable. The location was incredible, and having a garage space was awesome so we didn’t have to deal with finding a parking spot in Newport. For surfing, it’s a laid back lineup and people were friendly. We’d definitely consider staying again. »

« We stayed Nov 9-12 to play golf at a couple local courses & celebrate the Marine Corps Birthday. The check-in process was smooth, place was clean, view was tremendous, and location is perfect. « I booked this rental based on the pictures and then read the reviews later. I was nervous after reading the reviews bit have to say i was pleasantly surprised. It's clear that the owners listened to the feedback of others. And honestly you are literally steps away from the ocean. It's the best location. We woke up and watched seals and dolphins. « The back porch looks nothing like the photo. Run down with a major unfinished construction job on the house in front. No A/C and most windows can't be opened, so in the afternoon inside temperatures would reach 90 degrees. No salt or pepper, limited pots and pans, no wine glasses. Coffee pot didn't work. Icemaker out of control. »

« The location was amazing and the home was clean when we arrived and very well appointed with everything we needed. Despite being a dog friendly rental, there was no sign or smell of dogs or dog hair anywhere. The bed in the master was more comfortable than mine at home as was the couch. We appreciated having a parking space and loved having restaurants and boat tours within walking distance. We would definitely book here again.
