Beautiful apartment located on the 3rd and top floor of a residence near the beach, the Villers 2000 shopping center, and Lake Villers-sur-Mer.

- a living room with a double sofa bed (140 cm) and a television opening onto a glass-enclosed loggia with a dining area.
- a beautiful, new, well-equipped kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, extractor hood, ceramic hob, and Tassimo coffee machine.
- a sleeping area with a double sofa bed (140 cm)
- a bathroom with a toilet, completely renovated in spring 2025.
Ideal for a family vacation by the sea! Beautiful sea views are visible from the enclosed loggia, as the residence is located on a small promontory and the apartment is on the 3rd floor with an elevator.

Linens (sheets, towels, tablecloths, and tea towels) are not provided. Cleaning is your responsibility at the end of your stay.
An end-of-stay cleaning option is available for €40.
