It features a welcoming living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and separate toilets.  
  
Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi (ideal for remote work), cable and satellite TV, air conditioning, a washing machine, dryer, as well as books and toys for children. Younger guests benefit from a baby cot and high chair, while adults can unwind with a pool table for shared fun.  
  
Outside, you’ll find a private garden and an open terrace with a barbecue—perfect for outdoor meals.  
  
Within 20 km, discover local farmers’ markets, Lake Lougratte (15 km) for swimming or fishing, and the Malbentre aquatic center just 2 km away. Hiking and cycling trails are also nearby.
