Located on the ground floor of the house, an apartment entirely under vaults  
  
Of approximately 60 m2, on the ground floor, our gîte 'Rosalie & Sylvain' is entirely under stone vaults. In the spirit of Ardèche buildings, it consists of:  
\- a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine and a stove with oven, opening onto the outside through two French windows.  
 \- a comfortable dining room (table and 4 chairs) opening onto the outside through a French window, with a TV lounge area, where there are 2 large armchairs and another wrought iron sofa offering the possibility of a additional bed in 90  
\- a spacious bedroom, with a 160 bed and a 90 bed, with office space.  
\- a waxed concrete bathroom with Italian shower, and W.C.  
\- a space on a terrace with garden furniture and access to the swimming pool.  
  
On site and optional, well-being massages, spa and infrared sauna, electric bike rental
