### Family-Friendly Riverside Retreat with Game Room & Terrace in Scenic Allier

In a typical village in the Allier gorges, nestled in a rolling landscape with a Mediterranean climate, this beautiful property comprises two gîtes facing opposite directions (back to back). The river, just 200 meters away, offers relaxation and a refreshing respite (swimming is unsupervised).  
  
Featuring a large terrace (40 m²) and an enclosed courtyard (180 m²), the gîte is designed to be family-friendly (baby equipment, indoor and outdoor games, a small stone playhouse...).  
  
Nearby:  
St-Ilpize, 3 km away (village, castle ruins),  
Vialette beach, 3 km away with a bar-grill, tennis courts, and a children's playground,  
Blassac, 5 km away (church and murals),  
Lavoûte-Chilhac, 7 km away (Cluniac priory, bridge over the Allier river, whitewater sports, shops, services),  
Brioude, 15 km away (basilica, old town, lace-making museum, salmon museum, weekly market).  
  
The plus: A film retracing the history of this village, "Auzat l'Auvergnat," was filmed there in 2017\. Ground floor: entrance through the games room, then a few steps lead to a large living room divided into two sections: a dining room with a lounge/TV area, and a kitchen/living room with a dining area and a relaxation lounge with an open fireplace (firewood is extra after the first free fire: €20/wheelbarrow). Separate toilet with a small vestibule (cupboard, 2 sinks).  
  
First floor: 2 bedrooms with one double bed each, 2 bedrooms with two single beds each, bathroom, toilet.  
  
Second floor: 1 bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with toilet.  
  
Children's play area, carport.  
  
Baby equipment: cot, playpen, high chair, changing table, bottle warmer, potties, cutlery, baby bath, indoor and outdoor toys.  
  
No Wi-Fi in the accommodation, but good 4G connection.  
  
Central heating (oil) is available at an extra charge based on consumption from October 15th to May 15th.  
  
Cleaning deposit: €110, cleaning fee: same price (€130 for business travelers)  
  
Bed linen: Single bed €10 (€12 for business travelers) / Double bed €15 (€17 for business travelers) / Table linen: €20 / Towels: €6 per person
