Il faut pas sortir à l’extérieur car il y une alarme des 22 h 30 et pas entrer trop tard.dormir dans des draps avec poussière . Brefs plus 200€ la nuit . And to get in you need to get them to open the gates (best to arrive in daylight). We stayed in what they call "the flat", but is really a very cute separate little house, with two bedrooms, a very nice bathroom and a kitchenette. Everything is beautifully furnished, decorated and arranged, with lots of antiques, and extremely comfortable. We slept like babies and in the morning had a sumptuous breakfast in the main house's really grand dining room. The owner, Monique, joined us there for a chat. She is a wonderful person who has had a most interest life, and we really enjoyed meeting her. There is no internet in the rooms, which some people might miss, but we actually welcomed that - total relaxation, both physical and mental. Les chambres offrent une décoration absolument unique, fruit de plusieurs décennies de travail de la propriétaire. On trouve le charme d'une maison familiale typique de nos campagnes, et un décor de théâtre à l'étage des chambres et du très beau mobilier. Un bon petit déjeuner vous sera servi le matin. Attention simplement, comme il ne s'agit pas d'un hôtel, il est demandé de ne pas rentrer tard le soir pour pouvoir fermer la maison. An enormous bedroom with a 4 poster bed and a lovely bathroom. It was more like a Wolsey Lodge than a hotel, kept by a charming lady who adores cats! It was very quiet indeed and there were lovely walks in the woods nearby. Breakfast was delicious. Auxerre is the nearest place for dinner which is about 6 miles away.
