Bonjour, J'ai fais ma réservation dans les temps, j'ai été prélevé de la somme de 118.64€ le jour de la réservation, mais l'information n'est jamais arrivée à l'hotel qui n'avait plus de place. Déçu par le niveau de standing proposé

La chambre d’hôtel était un nid à poussière me provoquant de l’allergie. Pour la deuxième nuit, quand je suis arrivé dans ma chambre la trace que j’avais fait sur le chevet était resté obligé de le signaler à l’accueil qui est venu lui même refaire les poussières mais pas de désolé ! Deux petits déjeuners facturés, prix de la chambre exorbitantes pas celle demandé sur votre site. Et pourtant j’avais payé un acompte.
