"Outside the property needed some fixing up, but inside the room was perfect. The fragrant smell was a little strong in the lobby area, not my favorite. But other than that it’s a perfectly fine place to stay. "
"In my opinion, THE BEST in Sioux Falls. Beautiful property and surrounding park area, easy in and out and very quiet. One restaurant attached! and more within walking distance.
Could use a more adult sized pool, but I am sure we will get there.

"To put it in a nutshell - Management needs to do better. They need to proper maintenance and proper cleaning. When you open the door to room and there are two big chunks of the carpet gone it most certainly does not start your stay off with a warm fuzzy feeling. Shower curtain rod and toilet paper holder were both barely attached, sheets and mattress pads had stains and cigarette burns. Holes in the dust ruffle on the bed. The furniture, notably a bench had so many "stains" in the fabric that a black light would have no doubt sent us running.
Again - note to Management - take some pride in your property and maintain it properly.
Refrigerator was the coldest I've ever had at a hotel - that was nice.
