The house comes with a range of amenities, including a washing machine, barbecue area, dishwasher, private patio or veranda, television, and can accommodate a maximum capacity of six guests. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms in total.

The house, named "Rosy," offers comfortable and cozy furnishings throughout. On the upper floor, there is one double bedroom with an exit to a balcony, one small room with two beds, and another room with two beds, also with an exit to a balcony.
