Unit Layout  
The 5-room house is 110 square meters and spans two levels on the ground floor and upper floor. On the ground floor, there is a large living/dining room with a dining table and digital TV, as well as an exit to the veranda. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, and a kettle. There is also a shower, bidet, and toilet on this level.  
  
Amenities Included  
The house comes with a range of amenities, including a washing machine, barbecue area, dishwasher, private patio or veranda, television, and can accommodate a maximum capacity of six guests. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms in total.  
  
Other Information  
The house, named "Rosy," offers comfortable and cozy furnishings throughout. On the upper floor, there is one double bedroom with an exit to a balcony, one small room with two beds, and another room with two beds, also with an exit to a balcony. The house does not have a heating option. It features a roofed terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue area, providing a view of the town. Additional facilities include a children's high chair, baby cot (available for an extra fee), and a hair dryer, making it suitable for a family vacation.
