The house has just been renovated, is brand new and equipped with every comfort such as A / C, wi-fi, satellite TV. Guests can enjoy free parking, the private beach of the Village, just a few steps away, and two swimming pools with lifeguard, one of which is for children. An island of peace surrounded by greenery in a perfect position to visit the best beaches in southern Sardinia. The house is composed of 3 double bedrooms, one of which is a loft, 2 bathrooms, a utility room, a large living room with a sofa bed and an open kitchen equipped with an oven and a dishwasher. Outside there is a patio with a splendid sea view and a barbecue, a small garden with deck chairs from which you can relax in the greenery, a service area with outdoor shower and washing machine. Wi-fi, air conditioning, satellite TV and every comfort make the house a perfect place to rest and enjoy the beauty and flavors of Sardinia. Casa Flaminia is also equipped with an extra bed for children, safety gates for the stairs, high chair, colored plates and cutlery, games for the beach. Guests will have access to the entire house and the outdoor area for exclusive use and all the common areas of the village ie the large free parking, the local beach and the swimming pools, one of which is for children, all just a few steps away from home. Considering the present health emergency, the following safety measures have been adopted at Casa Flaminia to protect guests: 1\. The cleaning procedures have been changed to ensure an extra disinfection intervention of all the surfaces and equipment of the house before check-in in compliance with the indications provided by the WHO for the accommodation facilities, at no additional cost. 2\. Upon arrival, sanitized and sealed towels will be available. The guests will also have the possibility to have the sheets sealed as an alternative to the made bed. 3\. We can offer the self check-in option so as to avoid any form of contact. Upon arrival, the keys will be available in a numerical combination security box. Password will be communicated by phone together with all the information needed for the stay. 4\. A courtesy kit with alcohol-based detergents for disinfection and disposable gloves will be available during the stay. The position of Casa Flaminia is perfect for enjoying the holiday according to your needs. It is in fact just a few minutes from Villasimius, which becomes both in winter and especially in summer, one of Sardinia's liveliest centers for cultural initiatives, events and the gastronomic offer. But it remains outside the inhabited center and its noises so it is the ideal place for those seeking peace and relaxation. Surrounded by greenery, with a stupendous view of the sea, it offers the opportunity to enjoy the holiday without even taking the car, having at just a short walk distance the beach of Porto Luna I and two swimming pools, one of which is for children, open from June to September, with the supervision of a lifeguard in the morning and in the afternoon. Oct 5, 2020 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Schön und ruhig Die Casa Flaminia ist perfekt geeignet für 2 befreundete Paare, gut ausgestattet und - zumindest in der Nebensaison - sehr ruhig. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar Sonnenschirm und Strandstühle sind vorhanden. Der Platz des Reihenhauses ist gut genutzt. Wir konnten dank Laura viel früher einchecken als vorgesehen, was den Anreisetag schon zum ersten vollwertigen Urlaubstag werden ließ. Ein kleiner Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen, dort waren wir morgens schwimmen, da der Pool erst um 09:30 Uhr öffnet. Weitere tolle Strände sind nah dabei. Dank des durchweg guten Wetters konten wir alle Mahlzeiten auf der Terrasse einnehmen (es gibt drinnen nur die Möglichkeit, am Wohnzimmertisch zu essen). Schön wäre eine Komplettausstattung mit Mückenschutz vor den Fenstern (gibt es nur in einem Schlafzimmer), denn die Plagegeister sind sehr, sehr aktiv...). außerdem fehlten uns ein paar Haken in den Bädern. Aber das sind minimale Verbesserungen. So wurde z.B. unserem Wunsch nach einem 2\. Föhn prompt entsprochen. Das Restaurant "Gardenia" in der Ferienwohnanlage wurde von uns ausgiebig genutzt. Geführt von einem älteren Ehepaar haben wir hier sehr gut gegessen - Enzo und Teresa kümmern sich rührend um ihre Gäste. Eine Empfehlung: Unbedingt bei ruhiger See ein Boot im Hafen von Villasimius mieten und einen Tag auf See verbringen. Wir konnten sogar Delfine beobachten. Wer nicht immer an den Hauptstrand von Villasimius möchte, sollte unbedingt mal zur Spiaggia di Molentis fahren - wunderschön! Fazit: Die Villa Flaminia kann man bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen, Ausstattung, Gesamtangebot, Betreuung vor Ort sowie die Umgebung tragen zu einem entspannten Urlaubserlebnis bei. ##### Elke T.
