The property is well organized for every particular need: small children (cot and high chair), parking lots, beach equipment (umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels and beach games for the little ones), washing machine and dishwasher. The accommodation is divided as follows: First floor \- A large veranda where it is pleasant to eat both for lunch (thanks to the curtains) and for dinner; \- Large living room with table, sofa and TV corner; Going up a couple of steps we find \- Kitchenette with stove, fridge, dishwasher, oven and microwave \- Fully equipped guest bathroom (shower, sink, bidet, washing machine, equipped with an independent water heater); \- Guest bedroom with bunk bed with additional pull-out bed for possible double use, wardrobe and private balcony; Upstairs \- Master bathroom with large shower cubicle, sink, bidet, and independent water heater; \- Master double bedroom, with wardrobe and chest of drawers and with bed for children; \- Large and private veranda where you can relax, sunbathe or enjoy the coolness in the evening, organize a romantic dinner or just drink an aperitif at sunset; \- There is ample free parking just outside the house. My family and I will be present for the delivery and return of the keys, directly on site at the set time. During their stay, guests can contact us by phone and whatsapp. In any case, we will be happy to answer any curiosity and / or request for a personalized quote for longer periods. The house is equipped with an LCD TV, digital terrestrial decoder and sky decoder, Wi-Fi connection for up to 10 devices, air conditioning in all rooms, double water heater, fridge and freezer, oven and microwave, dishwasher, LED lights only. The neighborhood is close to the center of Villasimius and offers various services for the citizen. It is a quiet area and suitable for families, as there are no night clubs in the immediate vicinity that can disturb the peace of your holidays. In addition, a few steps from the house there are the best services, several large supermarkets (Conad about 100 meters, Eurospin about 700 meters), renowned bars and restaurants. On Saturday morning, the traditional market is held, about 70 meters from the property, where it will be possible to buy, among other things, the typical local products. The location of the house allows you to reach all these services without using the car. However, the resort of Villasimius also lends itself to nightlife. The village offers various services for all tastes and all ages, in fact there are several discos about 3 km from the house. The town of Villasimius is easily reachable from Cagliari in about fifty minutes, using the brand new SS125 (towards Muravera and Castiadas - Villasimius exit), if instead arriving from the Port of Cagliari, go along the promenade of the Port towards "Poetto". Continue following the SP17 towards Villasimius. Once in Villasimius, follow the signs for the Carabinieri barracks or elementary and middle schools. If you are not self-employed, Villasimius is served by the Cagliari ARST service. The ARST station is located near the Port of Cagliari (Piazza Matteotti), in front of the train station, connected to the Cagliari-Elmas airport by means of the light Metro. However, I recommend you at least rent bicycles on site to enjoy the spectacular landscapes of the coast. The location of Villasimius is ideal for getting to know the enchanting east coast of Sardinia. In addition to the fantastic beaches of the town, such as Porto Giunco (Notteri), Punta Molentis, Simius, Compulongu and Campus (Capo Carbonara Marine Protected Area), further corners of paradise can be reached within 15/20 minutes by car, such as Cala Sinzias, Monte Turnu, Cala Pira, Costa Rei and Capo Ferrato, Porto Sa Ruxi, Solanas, Torre delle Stelle and Mari Pintau. The location of the town, just a few minutes from the Eastern Sardinian, allows you to reach the port of Arbatax in an hour's drive where you can take a splendid boat trip to visit the most beautiful coves in Europe: Cala Mariolu, Cala Sisine and Cala Goloritzè (source Tripadvisor). Jul 30, 2018 #### Nice and well located appartment We had a very nice time in Stefano‘s appartment. It is located perfectly to walk to all the nice places in Villasimius. The beaches in the area are awesome. In the appartment there is everything you need to cook and make a nice BBQ if you want and Stefano will also give you advice on good restaurants if you feel like going out. The apartment was equipped with everything you need - also a nice welcome present with typical Sardinian products was waiting for us! The two balconies were very nice and on one of them you have the possibility to grill - that was great! In the near of the apartment you can find a selection of supermarkets - there you find everything you need - also Saturday's you have the possibility to go in a few steps to a lovely market, where you can find fresh fish, fruits and vegetables. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter super und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Cagliari in einer Stunde entfernt. Super schöne Strände,flach abfallend mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen in ca. 10 Minuten. Jul 15, 2017 #### Extremely relaxing holiday We have just returned from an extremely relaxing holiday in this lovely apartment in Villasimius. It’s position is ideal and close to local supermarkets. We hired a car and were able to visit many of the beautiful beaches and coves during the day whereas in the evening a short stroll took us to the centre, where we found many restaurants, pizzerias, stalls and night life. The apartment is exactly as described on the website ie. clean, comfortable and well equipped. Stefano was welcoming… having waited for our arrival until 1 o’clock in the morning in order to show us round the apartment and make sure personally that we would be comfortable. He always responded promptly and positively to any queries or information we required ie. wi-fi connection problem etc. Stefano and his wife’s friendly approach and helpfulness to ensure we had a good holiday was pleasing. L' alloggio corrisponde alla descrizione ed alle foto sul sito; si trova, inoltre, in una posizione comoda per effettuare la spesa, per arrivare velocemente alle principali spiagge, per fare una passeggiata in centro o un giro al mercato il sabato mattina. Jun 22, 2017 #### Incantevole Casa incantevole, quartiere molto tranquillo e silenzioso a pochi minuti d passeggiata dalla strada principale, vicinissimo alla Conad ed al carinissimo mercato locale. Ho soggiornato un weekend con la mia famiglia, le due terrazze sono comode, in particolare quella della zona notte è una meraviglia, illuminata a giorno, riservatissima e fresca! Jun 21, 2017 #### Vacanza di assoluto relax per le spiagge di Villasimius Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole vacanza nel curatissimo appartamento di Stefano e della sua famiglia; ad accoglierci abbiamo trovato un regalo di benveuto inaspettato, un bellissimo cesto colmo di ciliege, tutto per una ricchissima colazione - con dolcetti tipici sardi - ed un pranzo e/o una cena mediterraea; davvero graditissimo ! Anche di fronte ad un piccolo incoveniente - rottura del frigorifero - Stefano è stato prontissimo nel recuperarne uno di fortuna -; ci ha inoltre messo a disposizione 2 biciclette da utilizzare in alternativa all'auto. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni conforts ed equipaggiato con ogni comodità; rapporto qualità/prezzo/offerta ottimo, perciò consigliatissimo ! ##### Massimo L. Ho soggiornato col mio compagno in questo bellissimo appartamento molto ben rifinito, in una zona tranquilla per una vacanza rilassante. La proprietà è davvero ben organizzata, con due belle verande in cui è possibile mangiare o comunque passare del tempo libero, due ampi bagni e due camere da letto, oltre ad un carinissimo soggiorno e cucina. Stefano è stato gentilissimo e ci ha concesso di lasciare la casa nel pomeriggio! Torneremo sicuramente a fargli visita! ##### Stefania T.
