There was just enough space for my husband, mom and 2 kids and I. The unit is small but it feels very large with each space decorated to separate different areas. We enjoyed the very short walk to the bay beach with our dog to see the sunsets. Villas is a nice quiet area but isn't too far from the Cape May beaches, shopping and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood which was great for early morning and late night walks. The beach is a 3 minute walk away. The house was better than expected. A lot more room than the pictures made it seem. The house is even better than the description. Super clean, lots of extra little touches like chocolates on the bed. Teresa let us know we could actually check in a little early and was also very generous with checking out. We really had no reason to contact her during our stay(everything was perfect) but im sure if we had needed anything she would have responded quickly. She has turned her cottage into a true gem with an awesome location so close to the beach.
