Located in La Vila Joiosa, the holiday apartment Ibicenco Villajoyosa offers you beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea. The property is situated on the beachfront and is a 70 m² duplex, set in one of the area's typical colorful houses, without an elevator. On the third floor, you will find 2 bedrooms, one of which is accessed through the other, and an en-suite toilet in the main bedroom. The fourth floor features the living room, kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower, comfortably accommodating 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, television, air conditioning, and a washing machine. A travel cot is also available. The property has a private outdoor area with an open terrace on the fourth floor and a balcony on the third floor.
