These rock formations are an amazing sight because they seem to have come from nowhere. There are no other formations like these anywhere in sight so you're left with a sense of wonderment. There are large boulders in the area but nothing like these. When you get here, there is a road that goes around the entire area so you can see the formations from all angles. Very walkable to downtown restaurants and breweries. The staff was amazing. They cleaned the room everyday even though I didn’t really require it. Grandpa (me) messed up and didn’t book the room for my full stay. So when on my last day in the Springs I could not get the elevator to work I had to go to the lobby and learn that I only paid for 3 days not the 4 I thought I booked. Finally when the admission process was over, she gave us a key to a room which had faulty room lock. We had to go the lobby again with luggages n kids (lobby is located outside the building that has rooms)and got a new room allotted.
