We had a great time and the location is terrific for everything we wanted to see and do - Blowing Rock, horse show, Grandfather Mountain and Valle Crucis. The floor plan was great for the adults downstairs and the kids upstairs. The interior was in good shape and well equipped, but the exterior of the house and the grounds needed much attention - gutters filled with debris, shrubs need pruning, decking was dirty & much in need of paint or stain, along with the window trim - may not bother some folks at all though.
