Finds a covered area, with awning, to enjoy meals outdoors, with barbecue, sink, table and chairs. Has the Pool area, facing West, with some sun loungers to sunbathe. Has parking space for up to 2 vehicles inside the manual gate, facing East (at the entrance of the property). \- 1st floor: three bedrooms with built-in closets, one of these with a double bed (en suite) and the others with two single beds, respectively. There are two bathrooms, one en suite with a corner shower and the other with a bathtub for common use by the other rooms. One of the single rooms has a generous balcony, facing East, with armchairs to enjoy the outdoors. Finally, in the attic, you will find a terrace with the total area of the dwelling, with a fantastic sea view. The kitchen is equipped with: combined refrigerator, cooktop, oven, toaster, microwave, NESPRESSO brand capsule coffee machine, filter coffee machine, electric kettle, dishwasher, and washing machine.
