Situated in the authentic Eastern Algarve, Villa Monte Rei 7 is nestled  
within the stunning 400-hectare Monte Rei resort, renowned for its  
picturesque landscapes and the award-winning Jack Nicklaus signature  
golf course, consistently rated the best in Portugal. Monte Rei offers  
a one-of-a-kind relaxation experience, thoughtfully designed to promote  
well-being and a balanced lifestyle in every aspect of the resort. It  
is a true oasis of tranquility - a private and secure haven perfect for  
escaping the routine of everyday life, conveniently located just 8.5 km  
from Cacela Velha and Praia da Fabrica beaches.  
To promote a healthy lifestyle, guests can take advantage of the  
resort's spa, sauna, and gym facilities at no additional cost, ensuring  
relaxation and well-being throughout their stay.  
The tennis court is available for use at a cost of a 30euros per hour,  
with equipment not provided.  
As residents at Monte Rei, the clients will benefit from a discounted  
resident green fee for the Monte Rei Golf Course. More informations

Villa Monte Rei 7 is located in Vila Nova de Cacela, Algarve. This  
semi-detached vacation rental property offers air-conditioning, Free  
Wi-Fi and sleeps up to 6 people with 3 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. There  
is a shared pool (South-East Facing) with barbecue. Walking distance to  
the Restaurants.

Villa Monte Rei 7 is spacious and spans three floors. The lower floor  
features a garage, while the entrance floor includes an open-concept  
kitchen, living, and dining area equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, air  
conditioning, and a door leading to a terrace. This floor also has a  
suite with air conditioning and a bathroom with a bathtub. The upper  
floor comprises two additional suites: a master suite with a bathroom  
featuring both a bathtub and a shower, and another suite with a  
bathroom equipped with a shower.  
  
Living Room  
The living room is air-conditioned and has a ornamental fireplace,  
dining area, comfortable sofas, TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio  
doors to the pool terrace.  
  
Kitchen  
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, granite work top, washing  
machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There  
is also a barbecue outside.

The villa offers a range of amenities for a comfortable stay, including  
a welcome basket, daily cleaning, Monte Rei bathrobes and slippers, a  
hairdryer, air conditioning, a safe, and TVs with various international  
channels in the living room and bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a fully  
equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, free Wi-Fi, and  
access to a shared pool.  
The tax amount is set at 2 Euros per guest per night. Children under 13  
years old are exempt from this tax. The tax is payable for up to a  
maximum of 7 consecutive nights per person, per stay. This is paid upon  
arrival at the reception.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages  
or additional cleaning required.
