The 18 m² property consists of a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) as well as a TV.  
  
This finca features a spacious shared outdoor area with a pool, a children's pool, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue, and a playground.  
  
Located in a rural area, this property offers a very quiet retreat in the midst of nature. It is just 5 minutes from beaches, restaurants, and supermarkets, as well as Vila do Conde. The Santa Clara station on Porto Metro’s Line B is a quick 5-minute drive away. The airport is 20 minutes away, and Porto city center is approximately 30 minutes from the finca.  
  
4 parking spaces are available on the property, and free parking is available on the street.  
  
Families with children are welcome. A baby cot can be provided upon request.  
  
1 pet is allowed.  
  
Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.
