### Stunning 4 Bedroom Villa with Sea Views Sleep 10

A contemporary three story family Villa designed for outdoor living with dining and seating areas on the pool and on the living level. The pool area has a kitchen bbq and the living area has an outdoor gas heater for the cooler evening. The pool area also has a table tennis table. Cabanas Velhas Beach is a 5 minute walk away with a beautiful beach bar.  
  
The property is our home and we have rented it now for 13 summers. It is a perfect home for a summer holiday and because it is our home it has extra home touches. Each year we reinvest in the property ensuring it keeps a high standard.
