« Le point fort de cet hôtel c’est le personnel chaleureux, accueillant et aux petits soins, je les en remercie encore ! J’ai passé un séjour très agréable, je déplore que le buffet ne soit pas assez varié, surtout en salé, sinon la qualité est très bonne et le cappuccino au top. J’ai testé leur restaurant un soir, le service était impeccable et le dîner très bon. Le bémol qu’il y a eut c’est que j’ai été dérangé une fois malgré la pancarte « Do not disturb » en matinée. La chambre est correcte...

« L'hôtel est très bien situé, au pied de la basilique ND de Lorette. le personnel d'accueil est adorable, très chaleureux, serviable et arrangeant. L'hôtel est joli, les chambres très correctes, il y a même un petit jardin intérieur et une belle chapelle. seul point négatif: les murs pas assez insonorisés, j'ai parfois entendu la TV de la chambre d'à côté tard le soir et ai dû demander à mes voisins de la baisser...on entend aussi quand les gens rentrent tard le soir et parlent (les italiens...
