This place has a soul and history – from wooden furniture to atmospheric details that transport you through time. If you are looking for a space where you can unwind and relax in a cozy, nostalgic ambiance, this house is ideal. We offer 3 rooms on the ground floor and 1 in the attic, accommodating up to 8 people, plus an extra bed for a child (bed length 140 cm). The fully equipped kitchen (fridge, gas stove) allows you to prepare meals, and there are also 2 moka pots for coffee. Additionally, there is a wood-burning kitchen whose use must be agreed in advance with the owner. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and bidet. The living room features a 42-inch SmartTV. Outside, there is a patio with chairs and a table – an ideal place to relax. We accept pets (an additional cleaning fee applies). Airport transfers are available for an extra fee (upon agreement). 60 m from the house is Trattoria Vigna (restaurant) serving excellent local food. The restaurant offers lunch (12:30–15:00) and dinner (19:00–23:00), as well as home delivery at special prices for our guests. With its rich history, charming landscapes and friendly atmosphere, it is an ideal place for a break from the hustle and bustle of city life. The house is located in the center of the old town. Every window offers a stunning view. From the kitchen and a small room you can admire the medieval town on the escarpment, and from the two bedrooms, you can see the valley and mountains – an incredibly scenic landscape. We do not recommend visiting Rome during the hot summer. Colosseum Website - Flavian Amphitheater Cascata di Marmore – the highest waterfalls in Europe (50km), which also power a hydroelectric plant (50km). We recommend arriving around midday – about half an hour before the waterfalls start. Lago di Bolsena – a crystal-clear, volcanic lake (30km). A free beach is located near the charming town of Marta, just behind the restaurant Il Pirata. Rental equipment is available on-site, and the tourist fridge proves to be extremely useful. Attractions in Vignanello: Ruspoli Castle: A 16th-century Renaissance gem with Italian gardens. Old Town: Cobblestone streets, traditional houses and an atmosphere that takes you back in time. San Giovanni Decollato Church: An ancient temple with valuable frescoes and sacred art. Nearby: Viterbo (25 km): A spa town with a historic center and Terme dei Papi. Lake Bolsena (40 km): The largest volcanic lake in Europe, perfect for relaxation. Rome (65 km): The Eternal City, easily accessible by highway. Marmore Waterfalls (50 km): Among the highest waterfalls in Europe, accessible via the highway. Orte Station (30 km): With fast connections to Rome. Tyrrhenian Sea Beaches (70 km): Beautiful beaches less than an hour away. Apennines and Monte Terminillo (1 hour): For skiing enthusiasts, Monte Terminillo is just an hour away.
