Built into a hillside, it overlooks the meandering Orb and is surrounded by roads offering panoramic views of the crests of the Caroux massif and the vineyards (from which an excellent AOC Saint Chinian wine is made).

The terrace and barbecue are perfect for evenings out. The garden furniture and sun loungers are ideal for lounging outside. There is a TV and CD player for films and music and a fireplace in cooler weather. There is a boules pitch and a table tennis table for leisure activities.

You'll be an hour's drive from Béziers or Narbonne, and golf enthusiasts can take advantage of the golf course 19 km away. Four magnificent villages such as Roquebrun and Olargues await you nearby. Restaurants await you 500m away and everyday essentials can be purchased 5 km away.
