La Bastide de Viens will captivate you with a breathtaking panoramic view of the Luberon! Ideal for memorable reunions with friends or family vacations, this residence can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people. Housing : Imagine yourself less than 2 km from the hilltop village of Viens, surrounded by breathtaking panoramas in the Luberon regional natural park. Your getaway begins upon arrival with a quick tour of the village, immediately immersing you in the holiday spirit! Every corner of the Bastide, carefully renovated and elegantly decorated, offers a unique experience. The 7 rooms, divided between the main Bastide and the Mini Bastide, are air-conditioned for absolute comfort. The landscaped garden, the swimming pool heated from April to October, and the large dining areas invite you to fully enjoy the Provençal sun. Relax on the sun loungers by the pool or on the shaded terrace, ideally equipped for unforgettable outdoor meals. Notice to hikers: there are many walks to take from the bastide and the village, including the GR6 Grande Randonnée path. Our Bastide has two different spaces rented together: 1) La Bastide (main house - capacity 10 travelers): Ground floor : \- A master suite with a 160x200 bed, a bathroom (bathtub + shower + separate toilet) \- A fully equipped kitchen with cooking range \- A dining room \- A fireplace lounge \- A TV lounge/games room with table football \- A patio \- A laundry room with washing machine and dryer \- A separate toilet Upstairs : \- Two bedrooms with a 160x200 bed + adjoining bathrooms (shower) \- A bedroom with a 160x200 bed \- A bedroom with two 90x200 beds \- A bathroom (shower + bathtub) \- A separate toilet. 2) La Mini Bastide (available for more than 10 travelers excluding children under 3 years old): \- One bedroom with a 160x200 bed + bathroom (shower) + toilet \- A mezzanine bedroom with two 90x200 beds All bedrooms are air-conditioned as well as the TV lounge. The beds are made upon your arrival, 1 shower sheet, 1 hand towel and 1 pool towel are provided per person. Outside, The swimming pool is heated (from April to October) and secured by an electric roller shutter. At the Bastide level, a large dining area, with plancha, sheltered by a large pergola to protect you from the sun, as well as garden furniture. At the swimming pool level, 10 sun loungers and 5 parasols. On the mini Bastide level, garden furniture on a covered terrace, protected from the sun. We were travelling with 3 minors, and this house was poolwise and on the outside terrace very safe for our children. All the rooms are very pretty and have excellent beds, especially the sheets were perfect. The village is very small but Apt is very nice if you seek some more shopping. The pizza truck from Joe who visits Viens once a week is an absolute must to go to! The owner Marie en Benoit are very kind and helpfull during our entire stay. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und es hat weder an Geschirr noch an Platz für 14 Personen gemangelt. Es gab auch genügend Parkmöglichkeiten. Der großzügige Wohn- und Esszimmerbereich hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Fast jedes Zimmer hat eine eigene Dusche, nur 1-2 Toiletten mehr hätten wir besser gefunden bei der Gruppengröße. Draußen hat man sehr viel Platz für Outdooraktivitäten oder in Ruhe am Pool auf einer der zahlreichen Liegen zu lesen. Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in der Natur, sodass Einkäufe nur mit dem Auto erledigt werden können. 20 Minuten entfernt gab es aber einen Bäcker.
