The Penthouse consists of the main living area, including a comfortable couch, a generous table and a modern well-equipped kitchen. Three beautifully designed bedrooms await you. The apartment has a sleek, modern bathroom and a separate toilet.  
  
The Arbio I Liv’s Place Lux Apartments located in 15-minute tram ride will take you to the Belvedere Palace, home to an impressive collection of Austrian art, including Gustav Klimt\`s famous painting \`The Kiss.”

The will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price.
