Chambre au dernier étage très calme - Accueil minimum, petit déjeuner très cher qu'on a préféré prendre ailleurs, pare douche inefficace: innondation de la salle de bain, bouteille d'eau dans la chambre à l'arrivée à 4,80€!!, ne parle pas français comme décrit dans le descriptif de l'hotel, n'avons eu aucun avantages VIP Access!!

Les +: double porte dans la chambre pour éviter d’être dérangé par le bruit., déco typique, bien placé, café, gâteau et bonbons à disposition dans le hall d’entrée, des, laque et accessoires dans les toilettes de l’hôtel. Les - : réseau internet pourri, clim bruyante, lit séparé pour les couples, petit déjeuner mitigé, du choix mais restriction sévère sur le Nutella, confiture… pas de prise de commande alors qu’ils proposent œufs et omelette sur commande.

Great amazing hotel for an imperial stay
Most amazing locations and decoration, in the center of Vienna, but located at a rather calm artery. We were arriving late (like around 11pm), if we met non-english speaking member of the staff, we were still able to check-in. We have chosen the deluxe room, and expected to have the rococo room, but we got the other room with the woods, though the furniture still feels imperial. The bathroom is very golden luxuous. This feels like being in the Habsbourg Imperial Austria. The breakfast is ok.

Un très bel hôtel à taille humaine placé à proximité de l'opéra et de la plupart des monuments.Très jolie décoration, chambre très confortable. Un seul bémol : la bouteille d'eau mise dans la chambre est payante ! Compte tenu du prix et du standing de l'hôtel, cela est totalement déplacé, dommage..

Magnifique hôtel viennois
Magnifique séjour dans une ruelle au cœur de la vieille ville. Les chambres sont dans un style typique viennois, spacieuses et confortables, le personnel est très agréable et le petit déjeuner délicieux. Il est idéalement placé, nous avons fait toutes les visites à pied.

Nous sommes ravies de notre séjour dans ce bel hôtel, élégant, très viennois : romantique, raffiné. Idéalement situé, confortable. Le personnel est charmant et discret, le petit déjeuner excellent ( produits de qualité ). Si nous revenons à Vienne, ce sera dans cet hôtel, avec plaisir.

Petit palais Viennois très bien situé
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Très bon emplacement en plein centre ville, proche des lieux touristiques et proche du metro pour aller à Schönnbrun par exemple. Avec son style rococo, nous avions la suite Marie-Thérèse, ce que nous recherchions pour être immergés dans "l'ancien" Vienne, nous avons apprécié son confort moderne et son calme. Petit déjeuner bon et copieux, et le service était irréprochable. Le seul bémol que nous pourrions émettre s'il en faut un, c'est que la chambre était sur-chauffée malgré le fait que nous ayons baissé plusieurs fois le thermostat.

Hôtel idéalement situé car nous avions une réservation à l’opsera. L’accueil à l’h nous a très déçus. Correct sans sourire. Nous pensions que les Autriciens étaient très aimables, or nos contacts meme en dehors de l’hotél nous ont prouvé le contraire. Partout!! Sinon, l’hotel a un charme à l’ancienne bien entretenu, le petit déjeuner tout particulièrement soigné et riche. Séjour agréable, bémol l’attituse du personnel.

Accueil excellent. Dès personnes à l'écoute disponible, et qui vous donneront des conseils si besoin. Chambre très agréable dans un style ancien, rococo. Hôtel avec de la personnalité par sa décoration. Pour ceux qui n'aiment pas les hôtels trop modernes dans la décoration. Petit bémol la température de l'eau dans les chambres pas assez chaude à mon goût surtout l'hiver après une journée passée au froid. Très bon petit déjeuner, avec du choix, des produits qualitatifs. Et toujours avec un service irréprochable. Situation idéale pour visiter VIENNE, tout en étant au calme.

Close to the city centre, easy access to the subway station. Staffs are friendly, interior decoration is great. One thing I didn’t like was that there was no heater in the room and the building turned off the heater, and there was no electric heater in half of our stay. I hope the hotel could improve this.

A well located, stylish and elegant hotel. The period décor and ambiance along with the old-school courtesy of the staff make a refreshing change from modern, identikit hotels. The room was clean, comfortable and, despite the hotel’s central location, very quiet. The breakfast offering was generous and of high quality. And the late check-out deadline was most useful for late departing customers.

Beautiful property, and staff was wonderful. Out the door on one side of the hotel is a strictly pedestrian zone. Lots of restaurants and the opera house is only a block away. We came at the end of November and the Christmas fair was set up in St Stephen’s square. We had a great time, & would recommend this hotel.

Viehättävä hotellin hyvällä ja rauhallisella paikalla keskustassa. Siisti hotelli. Natisevan vanha sängyn sijaan nykyaikainen runkopatja olisi ollut parempi. Aamiainen oli ihan kelvollinen vaikka aamiaistarjoilija olikin vähän sähelö.

Lovely location and facility. Small boutique hotel. Quiet and yet in the square within a block. Great restaurants on the street as well as St Anna’s Church high you could miss on the outside but is breathtaking baroque on the inside!
