Good accommodation with shops and restaurants nearby. Access to U3 U-Bahn line nearby makes access to the Innere Stadt very easy, The issues I had with the induction hub were resolved quickly by the team, so overall my experience of Oliver Comfy was very positive.

Could not figure out how the ac worked and was not able to cool room effectively. Weather was warm during our stay. Had some minor electrical issues but were corrected promptly. Convenient location close to the subway entrance. Quiet area in the evening. Clean and comfortable. supermarket close by. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing serviced apartment with a great connectivity. The supermarket, tram, restaurants and underground are all super close by. The kitchen was equipped with pots and cutlery making cooking easy. The apartment building itself also had a washing machine and dryer, as well as an ironing board. Really comfy and elegant stay in Vienna, would absolutely do it again!

Very nice, big room. Tons of space for all our stuff! Very clean and modern. Daily housekeeping was much appreciated and the microwave was a big plus! Definitely lived up to it's name - super comfy! Loved it!

Really great apartment lots of room with lovely beds already made-up sofa bed, excellent kitchen with dishwasher plates and pots. Excellent location very close to transport and easy distance to supermarket. Very helpful staff, patient and kind when sorting out mistakes in my check out. Very good value!

The room was extremely clean with air conditioning to cool off after a day of sightseeing. Daily cleaning was provided. There was a transit station right in front of the property which made getting around easy. It was well lit and easy to find upon arrive.

I love this booking. The apartment-like suite I got definitely had luxury vibes to it (king-sized bed, fully stocked kitchen, large bathroom, everyday room cleanings if you want that), yet the price for 5 nights I stayed there was more than reasonable. Great value to be honest. Its location is not in the central part of Vienna, but if you use the public subway system, it's very easy to get to the central part (train stations are very close by, and the subway system is pretty easy to understand and get used to). Uber or Bolt rideshares are also good options. Lots of Turkish dining options in the area too, which I personally appreciated a lot.

The accommodation and facilities are great for the price and location. Walkable distance to public transit, size of the rooms, beds, kitchen and laundry facility and the storage lockers for early arrivals are a few great things to call out. I will come back for sure and recommend the hotel to my friends.

The space was big enough for 3 people. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. There was hair and dust throughout the room. I appreciate the storage for our luggage in the lockers when we arrived early. Communication was great. We needed additional towels but had to wait until the next day because there isn't anyone on premises after 12 noon. Close to Schronbrunn Palace. Metro right next to U3 line. Easy to move around.
