Situé très près d’une station de transport en commun. De plus, l’hôtel prête un téléphone intelligent à utiliser lors du séjour, grâce auquel j’ai pu naviguer facilement les rues de Vienne.

Zum schlafen und wien zu erkunden ist es sehr gut. Das dreibett zimmer ist etwas zu eng für drei personen. Aber für kurze zeit kann mann es noch ertragen. Insgesamt ist es sehr gut ,Würde es empfehlen.Danke an die reseptionisten.

The hotel was ok, but the staff doesn’t have comunication each other. I was with in three bedroom room and they gave me a couch with a blanket instead a bed. I spoke with different person about it and until next day nobody did nothing. I was in a tour and I added 2 day more to stay . I went to the reception to check in and out and they said you can stay at the same room, but when I came back they put my luggage in another place. I was frustrated.

All good except for the location
I thought it was really close to the main train station but it turned out to be about a 15 minute walk. Not many dining options nearby. Also gotta walk over 15 minutes for a anything other than Turkish fast food. Facility is well kept and in safe location. Price not bad. Not too much to complain about. I would stay here again.

Upon arrival, our reservation for a 3 party family was not ready. The manager, Ms. Betül Demir confidently and efficiently made the necessary changes and within 10 minutes we were checked-in. The entire staff were very welcoming and professional and Hotel Rainers are lucky to have them as part of the team. This location is an older venue and the rooms with the wood floors appears most renovated vs. the green carpeted floors. There is a grocery store within 8 min walk in a more residential neighborhood with few restaurants. Easy access to metro system. Did not have breakfast here or use exercise facility. Hotel suited our needs and budget minded stays.

We got here super late but thankfully they have staff there late. The hotel is a little out dated and the tub tub was half my height and a death trap. But otherwise, it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Nice clean hotel with nice rooms. There are shops, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. I felt very comfortable staying in the area. The center city is not too far off and neither is the airport. I enjoyed my stay at Rainers Hotel and would stay here again.

Hotel a due passi dai mezzi pubblici. In venti minuti abbiamo raggiunto il centro. Parcheggio a pagamento come indicato, ma anche il servizio di ricarica per l’auto elettrica ha un costo ulteriore al parcheggio.

Unfreundlich und nicht Hilfsbereit
Der Service am Anreisetag und Abreisetag waren gut! Am Abend vor der zweiten Nacht hatte ich eine Frage und einen Wunsch geäußert, der ohne Bedauern oder mit einem Lösungsvorschlag kommentiert wurde! Nein so etwas haben wir nicht! Es ging um eine Zahnbürste. Noch schlimmer war das dann schnelle Abwenden von mir obwohl ich noch eine weitere Frage stellen wollte! Das ist alles andere als ein gewohntes und gewünschtes herzliches und freundliches Serviceverhalten!!

A szállás nagyon jó helyen van, gyalog távolságra van a Mariahilfer. A reggeli drága, de fantasztikus volt. A személyzet kedves és segítőkész. A wifi rendben volt. Egy dolgot találtam furcsának: nem takarították naponta a szobát, nem hoztak tiszta törölközőt. 3 éjszakát töltöttünk ott összesen, így nem volt gond.

Check in war ok, erst als ein zweiter Kollege dazu kam war es mit der Kommunikation problemlos. Zimmer haben eine angenehme Größe sind sauber und komfortabel. Das Bett ist ok, die Kopfkissen sind billig und helfen einem gesundem Schlaf nicht. Da wurde sehr dran gespart. Die Bar an sich ist in Ordnung während die Preise überzogen sind und uns das Personal dort so flexibel ist wie ein Kühlschrank. Man kann dort nächtigen, es gibt aber durchaus bessere Hotels in besserer Lage und mit besserem Ambiente. War einen Versuch wert aber dabei bleibt es auch.

Hotel razoável, perto de uma estação de metro, mas longe de qualquer atração. Quarto razoavel, cama um pouco mole, e o frigobar nao funcionou. Falamos com o atendente da manha,que ficou de resolver, mas voltamos a noite e o problema contibuava. Cafe da manha caro para o que oferece, sempre faltava suco.

직원이 친절하고 청결한 숙소입니다.
직원 분들이 친절하게 맞아 주셔서 호텔의 전체적인 인상이 좋았습니다. 객실의 화장실, 침대, 식기류 등은 청결하였어요. 다만 호텔의 위치가 아쉬웠습니다. 번화가랑 거리가 있어 호텔 주변에 사람이 많지 않고 으슥한 느낌이 있어 호텔로 돌아갈 때마다 일행들과 벌벌 떨며 이동했어요ㅠㅠ 위치를 제외하고는 모든 것이 만족스러운 숙소입니다! 위치가 번화가랑 멀다기보다는 조금 위험해 보이는 요소가 있어서 혹평하였습니다. 오해 마세용 !
