L’hôtel Hilton Vienna Plaza est un merveilleux hôtel où l’on se sent très très bien, Il est très bien situé, la décoration est magnifique, les installations Sont superbes, Le personnel est très professionnel. Leur petit déjeuner est sensationnel. J’y retournerai sans aucun problème quand je reviendrai sur Vienne

Cet hébergement est dispendieux pour la qualité du service reçu. Il n'y a pas de machine à café dans la chambre. On nous offre du café instantané. Le menage de chambre n'avpas été complétécen entier. Décevant pour un établissement de ce standing
Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, ils avaient oublié d’installer le 3ème lit pour notre fille de 15ans ! Après réflexion à l’accueil, ils ont installé un lit faisant 1,60 m alors que notre fille mesure cette taille ! Ils nous ont pris une caution pour le bar de la chambre, alors que celui-ci était vide et l’équipement de la chambre était très restreint (pas de verre dans la salle de bains, pas de nécessaire de rasage … un peu décevant pour un établissement comme celui-ci, même en temps de covid !

Très agréable séjour
Séjour mère fille. Nous avons été très bien reçues. Le personnel était disponible et très professionnel. Service en chambre impeccable. Petit déjeuner complet, il y a du choix. Les chambres ne sont effectivement pas d’un style « actuel » dirons-nous, mais c’est ce qui donne tout son charme à la pièce. Nous ne regrettons absolument pas ce séjour.
