The Apartment includes a living room and 2 small bedrooms and it is optimal for up to 4 people (each bedroom has a bed for 2). The apartment is located near Yppennplatz, Huberpark and Brunnenmarkt. The Apartment has 52 m² and is optimal for up to 4 persons (small group or family). It is on the 2nd floor (with elevator). Each bedroom has a bed for 2 (1 has a width of 140 cm, the other one 160 cm). The living room includes a TV, kitchen and a dining room area. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a dish washer, coffee machine with capsules and a toaster. In the bathroom there is a bathtub, a sink and a washing machine. The toilete is separate. On the ground floor of the house is a motorcycle workshop. This will allow some noise during the day (between 8:30 and 18:00, not on weekends). Near is the Yppenplatz (gastronomy) and the Brunnenmarkt (market for food). Information for all travelers with cars: there is no free parking in this area - you need parking tickets. Just 3 minutes away is a tram station for the line 44 (goes to the centre of Vienna). About 8 min away is the metro station \`Josefstädter Straße\` (line U6). \*Cleaning Policy: The will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price. \*Extra Services: In addition, We propose extra services such as late check-out. Wenn man Tee und Kaffeetrinker ist, sollte man sich vielleicht 2 größere Tassen mitnehmen. Ansonsten ist alles vorhanden. Die Umgebung und das Haus an sich ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Es handelt sich um ein Mehrfamilienhaus mit einer Motorradwerkstatt im Erdgeschoss. Die Aussicht in den Hinterhof bzw. in den Hinterhofschacht ist nicht so schön. Das Stadtzentrum erreicht man mit den öff. Verkehrsmitteln in ca 10-15 Minuten. Einen Parkplatz für PKW vor dem Haus ist nicht vorhanden. Das Parkhaus um die Ecke hat uns für 6 Tage 144,00 gekostet. Wichtig ist zu wissen, die Kommunikation-Check in- ist nur per App und auf englisch möglich gewesen. Aber das hat gut geklappt. Durch die Innenhoflage bekommt man zwar tagsüber etwas von der Motorrad Werkstatt mit, aber Nachts ist es traumhaft ruhig. Die Verkehrsanbindung mit dem ÖPNV ist ideal.
