#### Great location, spacious studio

While the building's ground floor and neighborhood show wear from petty vandalism, the inside of the unit is clean and modern. It seems that most of the building units are short-term rentals. Traffic noise (even with the nearby police station) is minimal with the windows closed. Helpful kitchen basics provided, but bring your own coffee/tea (and bottle opener).Close to U-bahn for quick transport to major sights. The nearby underground parking garage (Tiefgarage Steinbauerpark) is more affordable if you prepay online.
