105m2 nice luxury suite in best city center location. Safety door. 3min walk to Vienna State Opera and Karlsplatz. Living room. 2 sleeping rooms. Kitchen. Dinning room. Internet. Fridge. Heating. Towels. Hair dryer. Balcony. Very comfortable bed. Ideal for 4 people / 2 couples, maximum 7 guests. Spacious. Quiet master sleeping room. Very clean. Very safe area with galleries. Babybed available.

At 30. September 1791 was the premiere of the opera "The Magic Flute" by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart at this place.

It is located in the middle of Vienna's vibrant city center.

There is a separate living room, a second sleeping room, a dinning room with a dining table and thus separate the kitchen and a safety door. The fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator will give you the opportunity to cook while your stay.

Vienna's historical city center and most famous sights are reachable by foot.
The flat is located in the 4th district at the boarder to the first district near the opera and Karlsplatz. This area is absolutely safe and famous for many contemporary art galleries. Lots of cafes and restaurants are in this area.

The place is really modern, big and beautiful and quiet. The location is not as convenient as I had hoped.There is no air conditioning- and that was a problem on our stay. The bedding was worn out and uncomfortable. The washing machine was good, but what they called a dryer was just a rack.

This property was clean, comfortable, well supplied and in an area that was convenient to many things. We were able to walk to a small grocery store, restaurants, and the subway station. There was no air-conditioning, but the windows could open and there were portable fans in nearly every room. We enjoyed our stay.

The location was great and close to all major attractions and the market. The apartment was very clean and very spacious. The check-in process was easy and the apartment was nicely decorated. The bath towels were large and new and there was an elevator to get up to the fourth floor with your luggage.I would say the downfalls were that the people above the apartment were heavy on their feet so you heard some banging. There also was no TV, paper towels, tissues, those items would’ve been nice to have for the comfort of the guest.Mad overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will return to Vienna again. I would highly recommend this VRBO. We had an awesome time!

Great location. A very easy walk to St Stephan’s which is at the heart of everything. We also easily walked to Rathaus for summer evening film outdoors. Don’t miss out it’s a hub of activity. Lots of space.

Family Vacation to Vienna (Wein)

This apartment is in an ideal location to enjoy a sightseeing trip to Vienna. It is close to the opera house, the Albertina, Karlskirche, the train, the street car stop, grocery stores, and many tasty restaurants. The apartment itself had ample space for our family of 3. It was quiet and peaceful (you don’t even hear the elevator). The shower was hot and had great water pressure which was refreshing after a busy day of walking, and the towels were plush. You will be glad you chose this site.

A fabulous location

This was a super location for everything one would want to do in Vienna. We were minutes from the Karlplaz metro station. Slightly longer to the Opera House and other fabulous locations. The hosts are wonderful....Providing us the address VERY early on. The neighborhood is very quiet. It is very close to two Billa (grocery stores). We were very pleased to stay at this flat and would stay again if ever in Vienna.

Great Apartment Near Opera Street

Quiet and clean apartment with lots of space. Comfy bed and nice shower. We were surprised there was no TV. Lots of wasted space that could have been used better for furniture in living area. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Nice flat - the shower enclosure leaked and required us to do some mopping of the floor. Hopefully the manager will correct. Otherwise it’s a very nice home. Note - elevator is in the building but there are five steps up to the elevator's ground floor

Great stay in Vienna. Great location, easy to get to the main attractions. Comfortable and big. Close to many grocery stores. I wish the kitchen was more equipped with some basics (salt, pepper, olive oil) and maybe a few extra rolls of toilet paper (we were six with one roll ). Still loved our stay. Close to Christmas markets. Had a blast

Great place and exceptional lication

The property is a real find. It is a ten minute walk from the Opera, twenty minutes from Hofsbourg and three minutes from the naschmarkt. I can’t imagine a better location. The apartment itself was clean, quiet and spacious. Do note that there is no tv, though we had so much to see and do it wasn’t really an issue.

Wonderful location and spacious

We spent a very nice 5 days at this apartment. There were 3 of us: my husband and I plus a good friend. The apartment was spacious and clean with a good sized bathroom. The larger bedroom was quite large, as well as the dining and living room. All were very comfortable. The kitchen was adequate for our needs. Our only complaint was the length of time it took for someone to respond when the WiFi was not working. Someone did come, however, and showed us how to fix the problem if it happened again. The location is super convenient and the host’s restaurant recommendations were helpful and appreciated. Would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Vienna.

My wife and I had a very pleasant stay here. The apartment is clean, comfortable, safe, and well equipped. We especially liked the proximity to the Naschmarkt which made it easy to find a place for dinner. Communication with the hosts was great.

Great Neighborhood

Very nice location close to almost anything. Room for 5 of us, all adults. Well equipped kitchen. Washing machine was also nice to use but I wish they had a dryer too. Overall very nice.

Clean and comfortable. Big space, nice to have the living and dining rooms to relax at after full days of walking. Walkable (10-15mins) to inner stradt with cafes to stop by on the way. Great location!

The property is very clean and very spacious. The kitchen is small however adequate. The bedrooms were located in the back of the appartment which was very quiet. The grocery store is a few feet away with great french bread quality veggies & fruits. Many restaurants in the area, but most of all we loved the location so close to the ring, museums and downtown stores & sites. I have one suggestion to the owner. it would be nice to ad a few more pots, pans and ustensiles allowing some cooking. I highly recommend this rental.

Spacious apartment close to Karlsplatz and the U-Bahn

Modern and clean apartment with all necessary utilities and plenty of space for four persons. Lots of fans(!), essential for keeping cool as the summers get warmer. Owners provided lots of helpful up-front information on the location, check-in process, nearby restaurants, etc, though responsiveness during our stay could have been a bit better. We'll certainly consider this apartment again should we return to lovely Vienna.

Hält nicht ganz, was sie verspricht

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Einige Punkte haben uns allerdings gestört: - statt eines Doppelbettes im kleinen Schlafzimmer gab es dort nur ein Einzelbett, anders als inseriert. Im Wohnzimmer gab es dann eine nur 1,60 m lange Schlafcouch mit einer schlechten Matratze. - der Geschirrspüler war bei unserer Ankunft nicht ausgeräumt. - die Bilder im Internet sahen schicker aus, als es tatsächlich war. Hauptsächlich besteht die Einrichtung aus Ikea Möbeln bzw. vergleichbar. Der Rest ist teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen. - in dem Uni Parkhaus gegenüber kann man für 24 Stunden für 7,90 € parken. Das ist sehr günstig. Trotz mehrfacher Anfragen konnte die Agentur diese Information allerdings nicht mitteilen. Alles in allem aber eine schöne Wohnung in hervorragender Lage mit ein paar Abstrichen.
