Statut VIP ?
Malgré le statut VIP on ne nous a pas proposé de surclassement de notre chambre. Nous avions réservé une suite junior pour 4 nuits en demandant d’être en hauteur et on nous a mis au premier étage dans une chambre avec de petites fenêtres, ce qui faisait très sombre. Pour cet hôtel, nous nous demandons à quoi sert le statut VIP ???

Ce n’est pas la première fois qu’on séjourne à cet hôtel, la première fois tout ça s’est très très bien passé, d’où on a retourné cette année également. Sauf que cette année, grosse déception: pendant nos 5 jours de séjour le sol n’a pas été nettoyé une seule fois, que ce soit la chambre ou la salle de bain, pas de ravitaillement des produits pour la salle de bain non plus. Dans la chambre on n’a pas eu de petit signe «Do not disturb » donc le personnel de ménage est rentré dans la chambre à 2 reprises à 8h45 du matin! Comme points positifs: - personnel agréable - proximité du zoo et château de Schonbrunn - proximité du métro - petit déjeuner excellent, et en plus ils mettent à disposition des crayons et des feuilles à colorier et dessiner pour les enfants Au total je donnerai encore une chance à cet hôtel la prochaine fois et je ferai plus vite remarquer mes mécontentements.

Même problématique
Troisième séjour dans cet hotel. Le + tres bel hotel ,tres bon accueil et chambre tres propre à l'arrivée. Cet fois ci nous etions logés dans une aile un peu plus moderne mais la qualité de la chambre est equivalente. Le seul vrai problème est l'entretien de la chambre durant le séjour qui se cantonne à vous refaire le lit vite fait. Un coup tres rapide dans la salle de bain sans nettoyer la douche, ce qui se remarque vite lorsque comme ma femme vous perdez beaucoup de cheveux. L'aspirateur a été passé une seule fois dans la semaine. Nous faisons tres attention à ne pas salir et à ne rien laisser traîner pour faciliter le nettoyage mais je trouve que pour cette catégorie d'hôtel cela nest pas acceptable surtout que nous avions déjà signalé ce problème lors d'un précédent séjour.

Nous avons été déçus que la navette pour l'aéroport n'ait pas été en service. Nous avions demandé des renseignements à ce sujet par courriel mais nous n'avons jamais reçu de réponse pour finalement nous faire dire à l'hotel que la navette n'était pas en opération et que le taxi jusqu'à l'aéroport coûterait environ 40 euros alors que le coût était plutôt de 62 euros...

Vraiment excellent rapport qualité / prix et localisation rêvée pour la visite du château le matin! Tout est au top, décor, service, propreté, petit déjeuner… Seul bémol : le prix du parking à côté : 38€ pour un peu plus de 24h.

Since the garage is not part of the hotel and offered by an external operator as a public garage, we are unfortunately not able to influence the pricing. Hôtel superbe et idéalement placé
Superbe hôtel près d'une ligne de métro qui vous conduit directement dans le centre ville. Très bon petit déjeuner varié et international. Grande chambre d'une propreté irréprochable à l'arrivée. Seul bémol l'aspirateur n'a pas été passé dans la chambre durant notre séjour et lorsque vous perdez comme moi vos cheveux cela n'est pas agréable. Malgré cela je retournerais dans cet établissement.

Superbe hôtel
L’hôtel est très agréable et très confortable. Notre chambre était très grande et la literie excellente. Pour dormir régulièrement à l’hôtel celui ci est vraiment un 4*!! Le petit déjeuner est excellent avec un très grand choix. J’ai particulièrement aimé le miel servî dans son cadre tout droit sorti de la ruche. L’hôtel est situé à 2 mn à pied de la sortie des transports en commun reliant le centre-ville en 15-20 mn. L’entrée du parc de Schönbrunn est à 1 mn et le château a 10 mn à pied

Petit parc agréable à l’arrIère de l’hôtel. Très jolis hall et salle de réception (lustre en cristal au plafond et fresque) qu’on traverse pour atteindre les chambres qui à elles sont spacieuses et propres mais manquent de décor et couleurs. L’hotel est tous près du tramway et du métro ce qui est appréciable. Le personnel à la réception était réservé et distant. On nous a annoncé qu’il n’y aura pas de l’eau chaude de minuit à 6 h cette nuit et pas d’internet ce jour non plus suite à un problème technique qui sera peut-être résolue le lendemain. Ce qui était finalement le cas. Après avoir insisté on nous accordé suite à ces désagréments un geste commercial et proposé un petit déjeuner gratuit. Celui était à première vue satisfaisant et assez varié mais à notre grande déception le goût n’était pas au rendez-vous. Salade de fruits pas tout à fait frais? quelques fruits avait un drôle de goût, charcuteries et fromages pas vraiment goûteux non plus. Les cakes et le pain étaient bons.

Bel Hôtel, les empoyés sont à l‘écoute sympatiques et toujours prêts à vous aider. J‘apprécie le fait que je puisse prendre avec moi mon petit chien. Le buffet du petit déjeuner satisfait même le plus exigeants et une terrasse très agréable permet de manger dehors!! Je séjourne toujours dans cet établissement quand je passe à Vienne et ce plusieurs fois par an. Le garage qui ce trouve sous l‘hôtel et très pratique et facile d‘accès.

L'Hôtel est vraiment propre et à 2 minutes à pied du château de Schönbrunn. Les chambres sont confortables, mais choisir plutôt une catégorie supérieure et non pas les chambres standards qui sont mal agencées (mon point de vue).

Très Bel hôtel, correspond entièrement à l'image de Vienne, Personnel attentionné et très aimable. Nous y reviendrons très certainement, car calme même au bord d'une rue principale. Au restaurant nous avons dégusté les meilleurs viennerrschnitzels et le meilleur Kaiserschmar, le repas du réveillon était également délicieu avec des produits frais et de qualité. Merci.

Room is super clean and front desk were always friendly and efficient. Breakfast has variety food - it was only me who don’t like processed meat so I had only twice there. Cleaning crew were a little pushy - that I had quiet signs hung up yet they still come-in, consistently. This morning they tried again just after 8am while the check out time is 12. I guess they were afraid of me dirtying the room…? I take it that they treat their jobs seriously, which is a good thing. Just need to be a little more respectful then a perfect stay.

The room is spacious and very very clean. A couple minutes walking from subway and bus stations, it out of the city center yet an easy reaching hotel. Staff is friendly and efficient. Personal war sehr bemüht und freundlich, kennen sich in der Umgebung aber wenig aus. Über Parkmöglichkeiten außerhalb des nebenan gelegenden Parkhauses (für nur 40€ pro Tag!) wusste keiner Bescheid, auf Nachfrage, ob wir in der Straße nebenan parken dürfen hieß es ja, da es am Wochenende kostenlos sei. Nach 3 Stunden hatten wir einen Strafzettel vom „kostenlosen“ Parkplatz. Das Zimmer, sowie dessen Zustand ist für diesen Preis absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Das Doppelbett bestehend aus zwei Einzelbetten rutscht in der Nacht permanent auseinander, die Stühle kippeln, das Mobiliar in die Jahre gekommen und stark abgenutzt. Die Toilette roch immer nach Urin. Das Waschbecken im Bad hatte mehrere Sprünge, Badewanne hatte ein Loch, Heizungen heizen nicht richtig. Unser Zimmer war im Anbau und dazu musste man lange Flure entlang gehen. Die Böden dort waren sehr dreckig und die Teppiche, sowie Wände voller Flecken. Alles in allem ist sehr aufgefallen, dass das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen ist, auch wenn es auf den ersten Blick nicht so scheint. Einen Wecker gab es unter der Woche ebenfalls. So wurde man durch handwerkliche Arbeiten in den umliegenden Zimmern liebevoll ab 6:30 aus dem Bett gehämmert. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet sehr viel Auswahl und einen aufmerksamen Service. Die Qualität war in Ordnung, leider waren die Semmeln bis auf einen Tag immer trocken und hart. Die Umgebung ist unschlagbar. Es gibt eine super öffentliche Anbindung. Der Schlosspark ist direkt vor der Haustür.

Sehr geehrte Julia Laura, Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, eine Bewertung zu schreiben. Es tut mir aufrichtig leid zu hören, dass Ihr Aufenthalt bei uns nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Wir bedauern sehr, dass Sie mit den Parkmöglichkeiten und dem Zustand des Zimmers unzufrieden waren. Hinsichtlich des Parkens außerhalb des nebenan gelegenen Parkhauses möchten wir darauf hinweisen, dass die Garage nicht zum Hotel gehört und von einem externen Betreiber betrieben wird. Leider haben wir keinen Einfluss auf die Preisgestaltung und die Parkplatzgröße. Wir bedauern sehr, dass Sie mit dem Parkangebot nicht zufrieden waren. Da die Garage nicht zum Hotel gehört und von einem externen Betreiber als öffentliche Garage angeboten wird, können wir auf die Preisgestaltung, die Parkplatzgröße und die Verfügbarkeit leider keinen Einfluss nehmen. Trotz beständiger Nachfragen unsererseits können wir derzeit leider keine Kooperation anbieten. Leider gilt seit März 2022 eine flächendeckende Kurzparkzone in ganz Wien für alle Autofahrer, welche nur in der Nacht und am Wochenende aufgehoben ist und somit kostenfreies Parken auf der Straße möglich ist (Achtung Kennzeichnung). Leider können wir hier an dieser Stelle nicht nachprüfen, wo und wann Sie den Strafzettel erhalten, nur dass Sie an einem Freitag angereist sind und die Kurzparkzone erst um 22 Uhr am Abend bis Montag in der Früh 9 Uhr aufgehoben ist - ausgenommen zusätzliche Verbotstafeln.Alternativ gibt es eine günstige Park&Ride Anlage am Stadtrand welche direkt mit der U-Bahn zu erreichen ist - gerne ist unserer Rezeption mit Informationen behilflich.Es freut uns zu hören, dass Sie das Frühstücksbuffet genossen haben und die öffentliche Anbindung sowie die Lage des Schlossparks zu schätzen wussten. Bezugnehmend auf Ihre Kritik zur Bettensituation: das von Ihnen gebuchte Classic-Zimmer verfügt automatisch über zwei Einzelbetten, unsere Superior-Kategorie über 2 Einzelbetten oder 1 Doppelbett und ab der Premiumkategorie offerieren alle Zimmer standardmäßig über Doppelbetten. Die Bettenkapazität wird bei jeder Zimmerkategorie mit der restlichen Zimmerausstattung beschrieben. Wir bedauern Ihr Missverständnis sehr.Es ist bedauerlich zu hören, dass Sie mit dem Zustand des Zimmers nicht zufrieden waren. Wir werden Ihr Feedback bezüglich der Betten, Möbel, Toilette, Badewanne, Heizung und Sauberkeit des Zimmers mit den entsprechenden Abteilungen weiterverfolgen und intensiv besprechen und unser Möglichstes tun werden, um unsere Angebote in Zukunft zu verbessern.
