The 175 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, cable TV, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys. A high chair is also available. This vacation rental features a private outdoor area with a covered terrace (the garden is not to be used). Two children's playgrounds and dog-free running areas (Lorettowiese, Franz Polly Park) can be found nearby. The area also features grocery stores, restaurants, and delivery services. However, the state of the property itself was completely unacceptable and far below any reasonable standard.Although the apartment is spacious, it was extremely dirty, old, and poorly maintained. The floors and walls were dirty, the windows and mirrors had fingerprints all over them, and there was dust in every corner. Many of the dishes were sticky and had to be washed before we could use them. A broken armchair was covered with a dirty blanket, and the bathroom bin had not even been emptied from the previous guests.The condition of the beds was especially shocking — all of the mattresses were stained, dirty, and smelled unpleasant. This became fully visible only when we removed the bedding before leaving. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property were unacceptable and made our stay very uncomfortable.We had no choice but to stay because we arrived with children and had nowhere else to go, but if it had been possible, we would have left immediately. We stayed for only three nights, yet even that was a struggle. Having travelled widely, this was unfortunately one of the worst accommodation experiences I have had, and I would not recommend this property to anyone visiting Vienna.
