The apartment has a living room, a bedroom, bath, toilet, kitchen and balcony. It\`s optimal for 3-4 People (3 in bedroom, 1 on the couch). The Apartment is located in the 2nd floor with elevator of a historical building typical for Vienna – built around 1900\. The Apartment is 55 m² and is optimal for 3-4 persons (beds for 3 people and the sofa). The living room includes a sofa, TV and a dining room area. The kitchen is fully equipped (includes a stove, dishwasher, microwave and a refrigerator/freezer). In the bathroom there is a bath, a sink and a washing machine. The toilet is separate. Directly at the apartment (doorway is between) is a west-side balcony which belongs to this apartment and is used exclusively by this apartment. WIFI is available. \*Cleaning Policy: The will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price. \*Extra Services: In addition, We propose extra services such as late check-out. All these services can be found in the reservation page. \*My Reservation / Booking All important information (such as reservation details, check-in instructions, google maps directions, extra services etc.) can be found on your reservation page.
