### Apartment Balcony in Reindorf

Welcome to the apartment, ideally located between the historic Schloss Schönbrunn and the bustling Westbahnhof railway station. The apartment has a living room, a bedroom, bath, toilet, kitchen and balcony.   
It\`s optimal for 3-4 People (3 in bedroom, 1 on the couch).   
  
The Apartment is located in the 2nd floor with elevator of a historical building typical for Vienna – built around 1900\. The Apartment is 55 m² and is optimal for 3-4 persons (beds for 3 people and the sofa).   
The living room includes a sofa, TV and a dining room area. The kitchen is fully equipped (includes a stove, dishwasher, microwave and a refrigerator/freezer).  
In the bathroom there is a bath, a sink and a washing machine. The toilet is separate. Directly at the apartment (doorway is between) is a west-side balcony which belongs to this apartment and is used exclusively by this apartment.  
WIFI is available.

The will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price.  
  
\*Extra Services:  
In addition, We propose extra services such as late check-out. All these services can be found in the reservation page.

Please close all windows and lock the doors when you leave the apartment.  
  
During the heating period: to save energy, please only open the windows briefly to air them out - do not leave them open or tilted open all the time.  
Recommended room temperature for heating setting: 20-21 degrees Celsius; please do not set more than 22-23 degrees.
