"This is a fine hotel, although the rooms are nothing special beyond a standard 3 start hotel; the reason for 4 stars is the great location in Old Town, and very friendly staff. Nice lobby and bar/Starbucks as well. One warning is that if you use the underground parking, the exit is curved and quite tight, and navigating a larger vehicle such as an SUV was more difficult than it should be."

"Ii was a mixed bag. I requested a ground floor because my foot was hurting. The front desk said they didn’t have it so I accepted a second floor room. There was confusion. The checkin staff member pointed at the elevator, then in a completely different direction, meaning a very long walk. I had a lot of bags. It meant many walking trips between my car and the room on a painful ankle. I couldn’t find the room. I was very frustrated. I considered canceling but hotels.com told me that I would lose...
