« The two bedroom apartment was perfect for my friend and I. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean and smelled fresh. Loved the beds and couch. The hot tub was cold upon arrival and was just warm enough in the morning.. but the property manager was sympathetic and gave us a full refund for the night! Will try to stay here again sometime but will send a reminder to please heat up the tub on the morning before check in. Overall pretty great and across from Del Rio Vineyard.. lovely. »

« We have stayed in some wonderful VRBOs and Airbnbs, (and some miserable ones). If we could give this a higher rating we would. Comfortable, well supplied, close to town, and quiet. Beds and lighting are important to us - wonderful linens, good lighting for reading in bed and otherwise. Sitting on the nicely shaded porch for coffee, what a great way to start the morning and end the evening! Deanna was responsive and friendly.... just very nice. It is an excellent place to stay in Jacksonville. »
