"Ok on the plus side the room as lovely and ideal for my visit However my problems started with check in as I was left outside the Hotel without a code to get in my room key as reception only opens till 12.00 hrs not great but I got over that. Next morning I expected a buffet breakfast to be available but during winter this was not available why not inform your guests!! Then on my 2nd day of my stay I left a lot of coins in a bowl on my desk when I came back to the accommodation they were gone...

"Perfect apartment for our family holiday. Spotlessly clean, lovely quiet location just a few mins from the shops and restaurants and a one minute walk to the sea. We really enjoyed spending time around the beautiful pool which was kept very clean and often very quiet so that we had it to ourselves . We will definitely be back. The hotel staff in the Bahia Hotel (parent hotel) were also lovely 😊 "

"A wonderful relaxing few days spent here. Pau was extremely helpful and was on hand whenever I needed help with taxis or ordering breakfast. Very quick to respond to my WhatsApp messages. Beds were comfortable and apartment spotless. Pools were beautiful and peaceful and not at all busy. Good location to get to some lovely places although nothing is walkable nearby so you will need a car or use taxis. We didn’t have a car and getting around in taxis was not an issue at all. "I stayed at Bamboo Hotel in October and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and very well maintained. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a bottle of wine and a personal welcome note in my room — a thoughtful gesture that made me feel very welcome.The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel's boths swimming pools were nice; although the water was a little cold, it did not affect my enjoyment. The location is excellent — only a 5-minute walk from a stunning 14 km sandy beach, and with shops and restaurants located right next to the hotel, everything you need is close by.My room was modern, quiet, and very comfortable, with an excellent bed that ensured a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of high-quality options each morning. Bamboo Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "
