Novembre 2023 - Nouriture trés épicée . - Patisserie médiocre pour un hotel de cette catégorie. - Réactivité catastrophique des employés: Presque 45 minutes assis au restaurant pour avoir un club sandwitch, et j'ai demandé des serviettes à 2 reprises , où j'étais moi meme à la reception, et je ne l'ai pas reçu. Aucune indication dans la chambre comme joindre la reception, .......

Apres 8 heures de voyage, j'arrive à l'hotel pour apprendre qu'il est complet... Le staff avait vendue ma chambre déjà payée. Du jamais vu! Il a fallu 2 heures pour nous trouver un autre hotel et nous transférer. Aucun remboursement ou contre partie! Une honte. Le pire service après 12 ans de déplacement dans le monde entier.

Very positive evolution
Used to go there pre-covid. Services and overall experience was declining. Switched to Radisson during Covid, very good experience until they let me down. Decided to go back to Continental and to my good surprise, my stay was excellent. Only negative point would be on food prices, way too expensive, otherwise keep up the good work!

Attention : l'hôtel a été dégradé mais ils continuent à le vendre en tant que 5*. Il ne vaut même pas 3*. L'état des chambres est déplorable, les draps empestent le javel industriel, la climatisation mal entretenue dégage une odeur pas très saine à respirer.

Beautiful property with great service. Authentic native food isn’t the best on the property, but you can go to a variety of nearby places to get your belly full. I actually extended my stay to a whole week because the hotel was top tier. I will definitely be returning!

I’m proper credit card transactions. Stuck at elevator lobby due to malfunction. Over charging for rooms. Unwilling to properly accommodate online bookings. Failure to take cash payments.
