It was clean, close to restaurants and places to hike. On our second day we notified Melinda that we had an issue with the shower curtain rod and within minutes she come over to assess the problem. Melinda and Mike were quick to replace the curtain rod and there were no issues after that. I've stayed in several rental homes and this is the best one yet. The apartment is large and exactly like the photos. The hosts were accessible if needed and helpful with hints of where to eat. I can't express just how comfortable we were in this quiet space. This only thing I would tell readers would be to not book if you have any mobility issues. The space is above a three car garage and you must carry your bags up a good flight of outside stairs. We knew this, and booked anyway because the place looked so lovely. We both have mobility issues so the climb was difficult for us but worth it.
