All you need for a short, or long term stay. Reasonable walking, or short driving distance to all amenities. Convenient to both Highways 1 and 14\. A bit of noise from upper home, but that was described in the listing. One suggestion to the owners is to have the room pre-heated before guests arrive. The floor stayed cold for a couple of hours.
