Welcome to this stunning, spacious (1100 square feet) 2nd Floor northward facing condo in the award-winning Uptown Place condominium complex. The suite offers a tranquil reprieve from any traveller's busy life. The small balcony overlooks a well-maintained garden and has a small BBQ where you can cook your steak to perfection while enjoying a glass of wine in your Uptown Oasis. Our owners have outfitted this 2 bedroom/2 bath condo to an exceptional level of excellence. The master bedroom offers a queen size bed, floor to ceiling windows, large spa like bathroom with walk in shower, finished with rich tile work and high-end fixtures. The second bedroom accommodates a queen size bed, small closet, and floor to ceiling windows. The second bathroom doesn't disappoint. Both bedrooms now have black out blinds. The kitchen is the heart of the home, a place to entertain, share a meal with family and friends, and in this open concept floor plan you'll will enjoy cooking and conversation. No details have been overlooked, from unique and plentiful cupboard space and drawers to designer fixtures. Uptown Oasis offers sumptuous furniture, grey plank flooring, carpeted bedrooms and smart TV's. Your cable package includes music channels and access to all your favourite streaming services. Approximately 840 Sq. ft. Uptown Oasis is West Coast architecture that sits on beautifully landscaped property. The location is easy access to the nature walk around Swan Lake; or bring your bike and take a ride or walk the renowned Galloping Goose Trail. The suite has bike storage and has the added bonus of parking for two vehicles. The location is excellent: a 5 minute walk to Uptown Mall, where you'll find Whole Foods, Banking, Restaurants, Boutiques and Walmart. A 15 minute bus ride, or 10 minute drive, takes you into downtown Victoria. There is quick access to Pat Bay Highway heading to the Ferry, airport, Butchart Gardens and the charming town of Sidney! The condo is simply beautiful and the location is perfect for those who wish to be away from the hubbub of downtown but still close enough to access everything. Important Notes: CHECK-IN: You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival.
